I let the cat out of the bag yesterday by mentioning that I can update Twitter from FaceBook. Indeed I have an account on FaceBook and it's been almost two months now. After lots of nagging from various folks, I finally joined, but I decided to experiment to see how long it would take my network to grow without intervention from my introverted self.
Here's a log of my network growth so far with name, how we're connected and the last time we talked before FaceBook:

I was tempted to join Facebook lately as well, but I don't like how any friends you accept can see all your other friends (unless you explicitly block each person you wish to hide anything from). A blanket disable option for sharing friends lists -- with friends -- would be helpful in this case. (Xbox Live actually allowed for this opting out when they added their friends-of-friends functionality.) Not enough control for me, but I'm sure it works just fine for other people.
