   I would just accept it and then tell EVERYBODY about your situation and thier horrible customer service. It would cost them far more thier $60 with bad word of mouth. I'm a revenge type of person if you can't tell :D

   Hey, you gotta contest! I tell ya, if you don't like running around customer service, don't bother, but if you want your money, talking to your credit card company is the way to go. Same for other financial stuff.
