This AllRecipes.com recipe came out surprisingly well. They do lack a tiny bit of binding structure, but they're still better than a lot of regular brownies. Just make sure you check the ingredients for animal products. Even many margarines contain cream or buttermilk to add flavor so make sure you get all vegetable products. You can use vegetable oil instead of margarine, but it feels a bit greasier. Also, I didn't think it was chocolatey enough so you may want to try boosting the cocoa or mixing in some vegan chocolate chips.
