Sundried Tomato Chicken Farfalle

When I was young I disliked sundried tomatoes, but after having them in a tasty pasta somewhere, I started to really like them.

I combined some ideas from basil chicken and creamy pasta recipes to come up with this one.

I use Half & Half instead of cream and lighten it up some more using some milk. You can also toss in some additional vegetables such as onions or broccoli if you want.
