Katsudon

Source: me
Yield: 12 Chops
Serving Size: 1 Chop
Servings: 12

One of my favorite Japanese foods is Tonkatsu, a breaded fried pork cutlet. When served over a bowl of rice (donburri), usually with terriyaki onions and a sunny side up egg, it is called Katsudon. On a side note, if it's on a square box of rice, it's called katsuju.
