Ginger Mango Pork
This recipe was inspired by a combination of the Pork commercial for Ginger Apple Pork Salad and some pork chop glazes listed in Cooking Pleasures. I originally tried a Ginger Apple glaze, but it made it with too much soy sauce and too much ginger.
After that I decided to change it to a sweeter Ginger Mango glaze and made it for a BBQ for my co-workers. That time I used an entire center pork loin and sliced it into thin chops and grilled it. It turned out extremely well, so here's the latest version, though I may revise it a couple more times. I'll get directions up next time I make them.
