Japan 2001 - Tokyo
In 2001 I went to Japan for the first time, according to God's will.
It was the first of many trips that would validate my love of Japan.
I went through Asian Access and joined a team from Western Michigan
led by Scott and Heather Erbe. The only other person was Matt who
would be my roommate for the following two weeks.
Our opportunity to serve was with Nagoya Glorious Chapel which was
a medium sized church (approx 35 attendees) but has since grown larger.
Our stewardship would be to teach English and conduct a children's
program.
